I've been there. Trapped in the corporate cage, climbing the ladder, and striving for success. On paper, it looked like success. But deep down, I yearned for something more.

For years, I thrived in the corporate world, leading teams and global efforts, spearheading transformative projects across vibrant regions like the Middle East and Africa. On paper, it all looked like success. But deep down, I felt the weight of a world that wasn’t fully mine.

The rigid structures, the relentless expectations,
and the constant pressure to perform were slowly dimming my light. It was through a series of challenging experiences, including layoffs and personal setbacks, that I began to question the life I was living.

Questions I couldn’t ignore: Who am I outside this title? What do I really want? Those challenges didn’t break me; they woke me up.

These challenges forced me to confront my deepest fears and doubts, but they also ignited a fire within me. I realized that I had the power to create a different reality, one that aligned with my true passions and purpose. Through self-reflection, prayer, coaching and a deep connection with both my community and my intuition, I began to rediscover my voice, my power, and the lioness within.

From that wake-up call, I discovered the courage to rise, to walk away from what no longer served me, and to step boldly into my calling. I found the strength to lead on my terms—not by climbing someone else’s ladder but by building a life that reflected my deepest values: freedom, love, humility, courage, joy, and generosity.
